Our client operates as the central treasury hub and in-house banking function for a large, international family-owned group headquartered in Europe. Supporting more than 400 subsidiaries worldwide, they play a critical role in safeguarding financial stability, managing liquidity, and optimizing funding.br /As Treasury Manager, you’ll partner with senior stakeholders across the group to strongdeliver expertise in cash management, foreign exchange, and corporate finance /strong. Your proactive mindset and innovative ideas will contribute to refining the group’s treasury systems, processes, and risk management approach. Key Responsibilities include:ullistrongManage and monitor FX exposure, cash flow, and funding activities /strong to ensure strong financial health across the group. /liliCollaborate with internal teams tostrong enhance treasury operations and implement process improvements /strong. /lilistrongUtilize modern financial platforms and tools /strong (e.g., SAP, Bloomberg, 360T) to drive efficiency and accuracy. /lilistrongProvide guidance and support to international subsidiaries /strong, ensuring alignment with group-wide treasury policies. /liliContribute to strategic projects aimed at strongstrengthening financial infrastructure /strong. /li /ulbr /H3Requirements /H3Skills ExperienceulliDegree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking Finance, or a related field. /liliSeveral years’ experience in treasury, corporate finance, or a related financial discipline. /liliStrong analytical skills; familiarity with data tools such as Power BI is a plus. /liliProficiency in treasury platforms and financial systems; experience with Kyriba is advantageous. /liliExcellent communication skills in English and German; other languages are beneficial. /liliComfortable working in an international setting and open to occasional travel (including to our client’s second office in Switzerland as well as to the group companies).
