Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Program Development:Design and develop technical training programs for internal employees and customers, with a focus on industrial refrigeration systems and heat pumps, aligned with the company’s strategic requirements.

  • Training Planning:Create detailed training plans and agendas to ensure structured and effective learning pathways.

  • Content Definition:Define course content, learning objectives, target audiences, prerequisites, and assessment methods.

  • Training Material Development:Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, workbooks, and interactive learning modules.

  • Training Delivery:Deliver live training sessions in various formats, including classroom training, webinars, video sessions, and workshops.

  • Practical Training Support:Organize and conduct on-site training sessions and hands-on exercises for individuals and groups.

  • Quality Assurance:Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, maintain documentation, and continuously improve training programs.

  • Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Education:Completed technical degree or technical vocational training, combined with knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems.

  • Professional Experience:Several years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally within industrial refrigeration technology, combined with hands-on training experience.

  • Training Expertise:Proficient in modern training methods and tools, including course design and digital learning platforms.

  • IT Skills:Advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint; experience with e-learning systems is desirable.

  • Language Skills:Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are an advantage.

  • Communication Skills:Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, willingness to travel, combined with empathy and a collaborative mindset
