WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Technical Specialist, you will play a key role in bringing Panasonic’s Heating & Cooling strategy to life. You are the technical expert behind our innovative solutions, including heat pumps (A2W), room air conditioners (RAC, PAC), and VRF systems.
Your role is varied, hands-on, and impactful. You will:
Provide high-level technical support to distributors, installers, and end users, both on-site and remotely
Deliver engaging product and service training sessions for customers and service partners
Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials
Proactively contribute ideas to improve processes and operations together with your colleagues and Service Manager
Collaborate closely with our European Technical Support Team
Support the call center with technical inquiries via phone and email, ensuring fast, effective, and customer-oriented solutions
WHO ARE YOU?
You are a driven technical professional who enjoys solving complex challenges and helping others succeed.
You bring:
A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for technology
A technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably certified in refrigeration and heating technology
Solid experience with air conditioning (RAC, PAC, VRF), heating systems, hydraulics, and heat pumps
Strong knowledge of applicable standards and regulations
A customer-focused and results-driven attitude, supported by strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel within the region
Excellent Dutch and a good working knowledge English (spoken and written)
