Responsible to provide leadership over NPI and Sustaining projects, leading the technical domain of single or multiple development projects from first idea to final project status. Ultimately responsible for meeting project scope, schedule, and budget milestones.
Your main tasks:
Strategy
Manage a portfolio of high to medium complexity initiatives that span across multiple customers and product lines.
Adherence to LeanPD process and contribute on PRS Strategy execution
Maximize PjM performance, profitability, competitiveness, and customer Expectations in adherence to PMO KPI’s (LOT/ LOC/LOQ,NPI Health)
Execution
Work in a cross-functional environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
Manage project risk, compliance, and enterprise governance.
Support Eng Mgr to create and complete on time Leap projects and Contribute on the VAVE strategy execution plan
Support PM In Go to Market Strategy
Direct cross-functional project team members (Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance…) and take full accountable to the Project Approval Committee (PAC) for designated projects.
Promote and support an atmosphere of continuous improvement in compliance with (TEOA) approach (through leading and contributing in Kaizen events, Improving team’s capabilities)
Support on driving the PMO best Practices and establish Dynamic Lessons learned routines with processes and workflows adjustments
Talent
Contribute on Building a creative, innovative, and agile project management organization
Your ideal profile:
Engineer with university degree or equivalent
5+ years’ of professional experience in Project Management
Formal project management education and /orProject Management Institute (PMI) certification (CAPM, PMP, or PgMP)
Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to demonstrate strong customer focus and continues improvement attitude
Strong and thorough knowledge of technical tools specific to Project Management, as well as knowledge on general engineering tools. Experimented into MS Project user
Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to work in a matrix environment with multi-cultural teams
Ability to form strong Teams and demonstrate strong leadership skills
Proactive, resilient, and self-confident
Good English knowledge, verbal and in writing (also for presenting)
Preferred:
Statistical knowledge (Six Sigma, SPC, MSA, AIAG and other statistical standards) / Green / black Belt
Specialized and profound knowledge in electronics, physics, mechanics and plastics
Background in LeanPD principals
Prior Knowledge of TE Project / Planisware Software
