Job Summary:

We are looking for committed individuals who can bring talent and experience in areas of purchasing, procurement, and inventory control. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and purchasing materials required for current and new products. This position will be based out of our headquarter in Den Bosch, Netherlands

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Procure non-inventory items efficiently and cost-effectively.

Source goods and services locally to meet business requirements.

Manage procurement requests related to supply and demand Purchase Requisitions (PR).

Create vendor codes in the DMS system for various stakeholders (Marketing, Accounting, General Affairs, HR, Facilities, Production, Warehouse, RMA, IT teams, etc.).

Process purchase orders accurately and monitor their progress; track and expedite deliveries as needed.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement data.

Perform other duties as assigned by team leaders.

Undertake additional projects and tasks as required by business needs.

Qualifications:

2+ years related working experience.

Familiar with MRP/ERP/ SAP and supply chain management.

Skilled user of Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Language skills: Excellent in English (Listening, speaking, reading, writing), Chinese and Dutch speaking is a plus.

Detail oriented & Result- driven. Able to work under pressure in fast-paced environment.

Good mathematical & reasoning ability.

Good communication & negotiation ability.
