Your role as a Production Supervisor:
Manage workflow by assigning responsibilities and creating schedules
Responsible for schedule control
Maintain material and quality control
Responsible for other line operations
Supervise and coach employees
Identify efficiency issues and recommend improvements
Enforce strict safety policies and company standards
Work schedule:
Production Supervisors work at one of the shifts from 6:30 to 14:30 / from 9:00 to 17:30 / from 14:30 to 22:30 with the possibility of overtime, for which you will be compensated with time for time rule.
To succeed in this job, you should be:
Educated: High school degree required, college degree preferred
Experienced: Minimum 5+ years of relative working experience in electronic or computer industry preferred
Skilled: Solid mechanical knowledge and experience with testing and inspecting electronics components
Technical: Familiarity with mechanical assembly, cable routing and quality standards
Language-Proficient: Good communication skills in English and/or Dutch
