Your role as a Production Engineer:
Optimize and streamline production processes to ensure efficient, high-quality output
Provide technical support for production lines to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency
Troubleshoot equipment problems, perform maintenance, and implement effective solutions
Effectively manage inventory and resources to support smooth production operations
Maintain detailed documentation and reporting of all production-related activities
Work schedule:
Production Engineer works one day shift usually from 9:00 to 17:30 with the possibility of overtime, for which you will be compensated with time for time rule.
To succeed in this job, you should be:
Educated: Bachelor's degree in technical field
Experienced: At least 3 years of relative work experience in a production (high-tech sector)
Skilled: Analytical and computer skills, understanding of server or computer system assembly.
Process-Oriented: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar experience
Language-Proficient: Good communication skills in English and/or Dutch
