ENPICOM is building the enterprise software foundation for biologics discovery. Our customers are world-class discovery teams in large pharma, and adoption is what ultimately determines success.
We are hiring a Principal Scientific Account Lead to own the scientific relationship with our most strategic customers as well as with our newly obtained customers. This is a hands-on, senior role for someone who has lived drug discovery from the inside and can engage as a peer with immunologists, bioinformaticians, and platform leaders.
You will act at the intersection of science, product, and commercial execution, owning scientific pre-sales support, post-sales adoption, whilst being ENPICOM’s internal center of gravity for domain knowledge.
What you’ll do
Own scientific engagement across the account lifecycle

Act as the primary scientific counterpart for enterprise customers, both new and existing.

Leading discovery discussions, platform demos, and deep technical walkthroughs, both internally as well as with prospects and customers.

Understand customer workflows, their potential pain points, and success criteria at a level that goes beyond surface requirements.
Support pre-sales (technical & scientific)

Support sales in complex enterprise cycles by shaping the scientific narrative.

Run demos, pilots, and PoC’s focused on real discovery workflows.

Translate customer needs into clear technical and product implications.
-
International travelling to both clients and conferences will be required for ~ 30% of your time.
Drive post-sales adoption and value realization

Ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term platform usage.

Identify friction points early and work with internal teams to resolve them.
-
Actively contribute to adoption and expansions by demonstrating scientific value and ROI.
Be the internal scientific reference

Serve as a key internal stakeholder for product and roadmap discussions.

Support Product Management with making informed decisions grounded by real customer discovery practice.
Represent the customer internally

Bring structured, high-signal feedback from customers into ENPICOM.

Support with aligning our science -, product -, and engineering departments around real-world discovery needs.
Who you are
-
PhD in Immunology, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or a closely related field within Life Sciences.

Hands-on experience in biologics discovery (antibodies, immune repertoires, or related modalities).

Deep understanding on how discovery teams are actually working experimentally, computationally, and organizationally.

Experience with NGS data and sequencing-driven workflows.

Wet-lab background is preferred (although this does not have to be based on a recent experience).

Comfortable in working with software platforms; not afraid of technical depth.

Experience in working within a service delivery environment, preferably within antibodies and/or large molecules.

Strong in relationship building, presentation and communications skills.

Able to communicate fluently with both scientists and software/product teams.

You’re curious an structured, but pragmatic.

Fluent in English (both verbally and written), additional languages (German, Dutch, Spanish) are preferred.
