Your role

As PMO & Transformation Lead at Topigs Norsvin, you are responsible for establishing and leading the global PMO function. You define the standards, governance and ways of working for project and program delivery, ensuring that strategic initiatives are delivered in a structured, consistent and value-driven way. In this role, you act as a sparring partner to the CEO, Program Director(s) and senior leadership team, and play a key role in connecting strategy, program delivery and organizational adoption.

A significant part of your focus in the coming years will be on Nexus: a multi-year global transformation program introducing harmonized end-to-end processes and supporting digital solutions such as ERP, CRM, HRM and Supply Chain systems. You help ensure that this transformation is not only delivered on time and within scope, but also effectively adopted across regions and functions.

 Your Responsibilities

  • PMO leadership and governance: You establish and lead the PMO function at group level and create a clear framework for project and program management across Topigs Norsvin. You define standards, governance, methodologies and ways of working, monitor portfolio performance, risks and dependencies, and ensure clear reporting towards executive leadership.
  • Portfolio management and value realization: You translate strategic ambitions into executable programs and ensure priorities, resources and dependencies are managed effectively. You steer on value realization and make sure initiatives deliver measurable business impact, not only in terms of time and scope, but also adoption and long-term value.
  • Transformation and change management: You play a leading role in driving change management within major transformation initiatives, including the Nexus program. You define the change approach, prepare leaders and employees for new ways of working, and translate complex transformation goals into practical and executable interventions.
  • Stakeholder alignment and cross-functional leadership: You work across regions, functions and leadership levels in a global matrix organization. You bring people together, create clarity and alignment, and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, project teams and business leaders, also without formal authority.

Are we a good fit?

  • You are a structured, pragmatic and decisive professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You are comfortable operating at both program and operational level and know how to drive progress in a complex international environment.
  • You bring:
  • Proven experience in leading change within large-scale international transformation programs, preferably in a global matrix organization.
  • Experience with enterprise system implementations, such as ERP, CRM, Workday or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of project, program and portfolio management, with the ability to translate strategy into practical execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Resilience and confidence in complex or ambiguous environments.
  • A pragmatic mindset and the drive to create structure, progress and measurable business value.
