In our Benelux division which is also overseeing India, Germany, Greece and other growing markets, this role represents a unique opportunity to shape Razorleaf International’s future commercial expansion, underpinned by a strong partnership with Dassault Systèmes and a people-first culture.
We are seeking an accomplished PLM Senior Sales Representative EMEA with at least 5 years of experience in the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and Digital Transformation services industry, ideally with strong familiarity with Dassault Systèmes or similar ecosystems. Based in the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany and covering EMEA, this individual will act as both hunter and farmer, driving Razorleaf International’s sales for services (consulting, integration, managed services and products). The role requires a proactive and strategic commercial leader who can open new markets, engage and influence C-level executives, and build enduring client partnerships across diverse cultural and industrial landscapes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as both hunter and farmer, identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities while nurturing key accounts.
- Engage and influence C-level executives to drive strategic discussions and position Razorleaf as a trusted PLM advisor.
- Present the company, its services, packaged offerings, and value propositions with conviction and strategic clarity.
- Negotiate complex deals and build long-term client relationships based on credibility and delivery excellence.
- Contribute to commercial pitches, knowledge frameworks, and service packaging, ensuring consistent market differentiation.
- Support marketing and communication initiatives (events, website content, external presence) to enhance visibility and influence.
- Build partnerships and influencer relationships—not only for sales generation but to strengthen Razorleaf’s positioning in the PLM ecosystem.
- Maintain a strong market intelligence function: monitor competitors, industry movements, new technologies, and client needs.
- Bring best-in-class sales practices to both structure and scale the commercial organisation.
- Mentor and challenge internal sales contributors, helping shape a disciplined, collaborative, and accountable sales culture.
- Ensure ROI-driven commercial actions, combining creativity and long-term vision with sustainable business ethics.
- Represent Razorleaf at industry events and conferences, strengthening relationships and brand authority.
- Align closely with consulting and delivery teams to ensure proposals are executable, profitable, and aligned with client expectations.
Key Skills and Attributes
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in PLM or Digital Transformation services, with proven success in hunting and farming key accounts across EMEA.
- Commercial Style: Executive presence, strategic thinking, strong negotiation and closing ability, ROI-driven mindset.
- Influence & Network: Ability to engage C-level executives and key decision-makers; established network within PLM, manufacturing, or related sectors.
- Leadership: Brings structure, methodology, and mentorship to the commercial organisation; experienced in scaling sales teams.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of PLM industry, especially Dassault Systèmes ecosystem, market dynamics, and partner networks.
- Languages: English (mandatory); Dutch – good to have; French – strong plus; any additional European languages an advantage.
- Personality: Cosmopolitan, ethical, confident, curious, and collaborative; a natural connector who sells with integrity and authenticity.
