Job Summary:

Supermicro is looking for a marketing professional who has exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of event marketing operations and strategy, with proven experience in event execution.
In collaboration with marketing function groups globally, you will be responsible for communicating brand and product value propositions through messaging, and experiences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for the strategy and execution of Supermicros presence at corporate events, trade shows, and sales enablement events.

A key component of this role is the production of effective event communications in line with the companys marketing guidelines.

The candidate will guide internal support staff leading up to and at events and become a marketing liaison for industry collaborators.

From time to time, the candidate will also be tasked with project management, activation, and reporting of regional lead generation activities in support of local business development initiatives.

An analysis of lead generation and return on investment must be performed for each event.

Qualifications:

Qualifications and experience

Bachelors degree.

Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience within the technology sector.

Proven ability to create program goals and communications (audience-targeted writing and internal staff guidance messaging) with minimal direction.

Track record of effectively managing a large event budget.

Fluency in English.

Proficiency using MS Office systems (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).

Valid driving license.
