Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to manage the planning, tracking, and optimization of domestic and international shipments. This role involves coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining accurate shipping records and resolving issues efficiently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate the movement of goods, including domestic and international shipments.

Work with vendors, transportation companies, and warehouses to optimize shipping routes and reduce costs.

Manage and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any shipping issues.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, including invoices, purchase orders, and customs documentation.

Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding order status, delivery schedules, and potential delays.

Qualifications:

2 years in Supply Chain, logistics/ freight forwarding or related field;

Reasoning Ability: work efficiently with cross-functional teams, and especially multiple internal work groups;

Excel / analytical skills;

Excellent in English (Listening, speaking, reading, writing), Chinese speaking skill is a plus.
