Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Patent Attorney, located in ’s-Hertogenbosch. The role involves preparing and filing patent applications, conducting patentability assessments, and ensuring compliance with IP laws and regulations. The attorney will also perform due diligence tasks and provide strategic advice to clients on protecting their intellectual property.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Patent Applications, Patent Preparation, and Patent Law
- Experience with Patentability assessments and analysis
- Proficiency in conducting Due Diligence related to intellectual property
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills xnkfpon
- Strong communication skills to effectively advise clients on IP strategy
- Qualified to practice as a European or Dutch patent attorney
- Technical or scientific background (e.g., degree in engineering, physics, or related fields) is highly beneficial
- Familiarity with Dutch and international patent regulations is an advantage
