Job Summary:

Super Micro BV is currently seeking an (Associate) Product Manager – Key components who is interested in product knowledge, project management, material procurement and global supply chain to help business development. The successful candidate needs to be able to develop and maintain solid vendor relationships. As such, he/she will need strong business acumen and be able to negotiate with and develop suppliers and stay current with supplier capabilities for the commodities managed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee daily order fulfillment while ensuring healthy inventory levels are maintained.

Build and strengthen vendor relationships, including managing quarterly performance reviews and project pricing strategies.

Manage the full product life cycle, from launch through end-of-life, ensuring smooth execution at every stage.

Monitor project progress and provide proactive operational support to meet deadlines.

Coordinate engineering issues and RMAs for assigned products, ensuring timely resolution.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Technical Field, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline; advanced degree is a plus.

25 years experience in server/workstation hardware, supply chain, or related roles.

Hands-on experience in the storage or server industry (HDD, SSD, GPU server systems) is highly desirable.

Solid understanding of server/workstation hardware business models.

Proven ability to deliver results in cross-functional teams with strong analytical, project management, and supply chain expertise.

Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; capable of driving business development initiatives.

Advanced knowledge of MRP/SAP systems with practical application experience.

Self-motivated and flexible, able to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
